The programme allows you to earn up to 20 additional UCAS points towards your application to Leeds Trinity, as well as giving you the chance to work with university lecturers in a higher education setting to gain a real understanding of the university experience.


The residential is three days long and starts on 4th August 2014.

JOB SPECIFICATION
Details of job:   

o   General day-to-day office duties, i.e. answering telephone calls/filing/post

o   Assist the Service Administrators with the set-up of new contracts

o   Maintain customer records on the bespoke Service CRM program

o   Maintain our Warranty Database

o   Preparing Service Invoices for posting

o   Assisting with customer service telephone calls


·         Have a good Customer Service outlook  

·         Training will be given for use of our bespoke Service CRM program and SAGE 200

·         Good knowledge of Excel

·         Good communication skills

·         Keenness to develop new skills within an administration role

 JOB BENEFITS
Salary in the region of £7,800 - £9,810 depending on age (16yr / 18yr)
Hours  9.00am – 5.00pm with ½ hour for lunch
