The ASPIRE School Leaver Programme offers a structured yet
tailor-made 3 year programme, working across the Banking
division within a variety of lending areas and business locations.
You will be equipped with personalized training and development,
including one-on-one mentoring and exposure to people in all
parts of the business.

From day 1 you will form an integral part
within our business. To help you grow and develop you’ll even
have the chance to study towards a professional qualification of
choice, relevant to the Banking industry.
Location: London, Tolworth, Manchester, Hove & Doncaster
Salary & Benefits: £16,000 plus benefits
