The ASPIRE School Leaver Programme offers a structured yet

tailor-made 3 year programme, working across the Banking

division within a variety of lending areas and business locations.

You will be equipped with personalized training and development,

including one-on-one mentoring and exposure to people in all

parts of the business.

From day 1 you will form an integral part

within our business. To help you grow and develop you’ll even

have the chance to study towards a professional qualification of

choice, relevant to the Banking industry.

Location: London, Tolworth, Manchester, Hove & Doncaster

Salary & Benefits: £16,000 plus benefits

Start date: January 2014

What do we look for?

• Motivation, enthusiasm, entrepreneurial mindset

• Personal drive

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• An interest in working within the financial services industry

• Academically we are looking for applicants with at least a grade

B in Maths and English Language GCSE, and at least

predicted/achieved A-level Grades B, B, C (not inclusive of

General Studies)
