·        Fabrication of springs (traditional craft)
·        Handling raw materials
·        Working to instructions and drawings

·        Maintaining manual machinery and tooling

Role 2 Assembly Fitter
·        Assembly and fitting of components
·        Finishing components
·        Packing products
·        Maintaining stocks
·        Warehousing and dispatch (this is a small part of the role but vital)

This is a typical heavy engineering environment that can be hot and dirty due to the types of equipment being used. Someone who is down to earth and acceptable of this environment is a must.
