Skills Required Previous experience / Driving Licence	Would prefer 18 plus due to the environment and H&S, definitely a mature nature and disposition is required.
Qualifications For example GCSE Grade A-C Maths & English	A-C Maths & English essential
Personal Qualities For example Friendly, Polite & Well Presented	Polite, friendly, well presented, loyal, willing to work hard and attend college. Must be happy to travel to multiple sites for work.   Local to the company.   This is a typical heavy engineering environment that can be hot and dirty due to the types of equipment being used. Someone who is down to earth and acceptable of this environment is a must.
