TECHNOLOGY APPRENTICESHIP

TECHNOLOGY APPRENTICESHIP

So if you have an interest in how media and broadcast technology work, come to one of our BBC Open Days, where you can meet staff members, watch the latest technology demos and have the opportunity to look around BBC Studios.

In September 2014 the BBC will be offering school leavers three year contracts to work and train as Broadcast Engineers in technology teams with the BBC and industry partners ITV, Channel 4, Red Bee Media and Arqiva. This is a higher level apprenticeship which supports you studying towards an BEng (Hons) in Broadcast Engineering while you gain leading industry experience. All University tuition fees will be paid by the BBC, as well as a competitive Apprentice’s salary.

New Broadcasting House, London – Sat 21st Sept 2013
The Mailbox, Birmingham – Sat 28th Sept 2013
MediaCityUK, Salford -Sat 5th Oct 2013
