An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join the well established KnowHow in
Sheffield City Centre as an Apprentice Customer Service Colleague. This Apprenticeship will involve working within a thriving and upbeat office, offering a great opening for an individual looking for a stimulating and challenging environment. The company is searching for someone who is responsible, reliable and ready to begin a career in customer service.The role is to provide an excellent level of professional customer service for Dixons customers by advising on all aspects of business affecting customer’s pre-sale, post sale and product support, in addition to giving accurate and impartial advice to sell our products and services.

Starting Salary: £3 per hour (increasing to £5.00 per hour after 13 weeks and to £7.00 per hour after 26 weeks).
The successful candidate will study a
Customer Service Apprenticeship. This will be aided by a Tutor who will support the individual to achieve their qualification in the workplace.
