been designed to help young people improve their transferable
skills. It is a free 3-day workshop that focuses on employability
with an aim of getting a young person to start their search for an
Apprenticeship that is suitable to their skills and ambitions.
No qualifications are required; to
qualify, the young person must be:
- 16
to 18 years old
- Thinking
about their future and possibility of looking to start an
Apprenticeship
- Available
for all 3 days of the course
- Willing
to participate in group and individual activities and learn
Lunch is included
and all young people that attend the 3 days will receive a certificate
and £30 worth of Gift Vouchers for one of the biggest online
retailers for their participation.
The Bootcamps will run in
Birmingham, Blackburn, Carlisle, Liverpool, London (Dukes Place/Fetter
Lane), Maidenhead, North Tyneside, Salford and Southampton.
We hope that the young
people you support will benefit from this training opportunity.
Please circulate these details widely to your pupils, friends and
family so that they can secure their free place.
Please note that due to limited
space, places are being allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Unfortunately travel costs to and from the venue are not included,
however the Bootcamp team will be happy to assist young people in
identifying a route to the venue.
