Close Brothers are a specialist financial services group which makes loans, trades securities and provides advice and investment management solutions to a wide range of clients.

 

We are made up of three divisions; Banking, Securities and Asset Management. 

 

The Aspire Programme based in Doncaster can offer you a structured, tailor-made two year programme for students as an alternative route to Higher Education. 

On the programme you will be equipped with personalised training and development including one-on-one mentoring and exposure to people in all parts of the business.

To help you grow and develop you’ll also have the chance to study towards a professional qualification relevant to the Banking Industry.

Academically we are looking for applicants with at least:
A level grades BBC and a grade B in Maths and English Language GCSE.

Salary and Benefits: £16,000 plus benefits
